#188143 - flash endurance |
everything I have found at google speak of "write endurance" and I have not been able to find an answer to the below.
is the endurance affected by writing a one (i.e. writing what's already there)? the question is prompted by a case of resetting a bit in an array in flash marking "has been processed" which will have a '0' written to it long after the array was stored (with a '1' in that bit). Erik |
