this is wildly guessing.
if the PC works without hangups when your stuff is not connected my reasoning goes as folows. the PC, whe not power filtered, allow some noise to get into your system. For noise from the PC to make the system burp, it has to be the noise affecting your signals. If your signals make the PC burp, the code blows when exposed to input out of range. I guess you are "out on your rope" and thus willing to go along with this crazy idea. Try to make what signals the receiving PC software 'sees' way out of range and see what happens. Erik |
