Try reading up on the original Intel parts. That may require an old datasheet, though, but they're out there on the www.
You can make these go, but you'll have to use external memory, as the internal program store is a masked ROM. As I said ... read the datasheet ... It even shows you how to hook 'em up to exteral memory. RE |
