#186459 - problem with SM-24 geophone |
Hi
I have SM-24 geophone sensor. When I buried it under the earth and brought vibration source near to it, It is not able to give Milli-volts too, but when I was shaking,it used to give several volts in AC and DC (I was measuring with multimeter). Can I use multimeter to measure response of geophone or need any specific meter? Is SM-24 geophone is suitable to my application ? If not suggest me an omnidirectional geophone sensor which detects the vibration source (like vehicle) in the range of 100meters range. |
