Note that it's not just malicious jamming; there are plenty of legitimate transmitters that can interfere with RF remote controls - and, of course, faulty equipment can have the same effect. I experienced this recently when parked near a GSM tower (here): the remote locking would not work - I had to physically turn the key in the lock. So, be sure that your car has actually received the command... Absolutely!! |
