Common sense and American conservatism ....an oxymoron if ever I saw one :p~~~~~~
anyway I escaped the clutches of the Norwegian airforce waste of time that was classic case of 'oh lets write some code for the CPLD before the rest of the hardware has been debugged or even before the processor code is stable' I basically wasted a day because the code which was supposed to be supplying a nice reset on one of the processor lines was actually making the reset line oscillate at 32 Mhz which caused the CPLD to behave in interesting ways
