At 2,4GHz the impedance of typical 3pF input to output stray capacitance of opto is about 20 Ohm. This looks more like a short circuit than isolation! The same is true for your DC/DC-converter.

At 2,4GHz it's hard to truly isolate something. And, to make it even worse, everything having a "length" becomes an antenna...
