#183938 - static variables in C++ |
I know that in C static variables exist over the entire run time of the program as opposed to automatic variables which are created each time the routine is called, but someone was telling me that they behave differently in C++, there scope changes according to the class which is calling them or something of that nature, anyone care to explain that in words of one syllable or less? |
