#183601 - A transistor in place of a not gate |
We use 8051f340 with WIZNET5300. 5300 is address mapped. To decode address, we use a single not gate. Everything works fine.
Now, can I not replace the NOT gate with a single inexpensive transistor? 340 runs at 48 MHz. What problems should I expect? |
