Choose a different PCB vendor.
If you accept to have boards built by hand drilling setup you will likely get very low quality. Hole registration will be poor, you'll get holes that break out of their pads and some holes could cut into the copper of adjacent nets. I know I would be very displeased with the results of a vendor that made my boards via hand drilling. I suspect that you selected this PCB Vendor because you got a nice low price quote. Remember that most often you get exactly what you pay for. Michael Karas |
