It doesn't hurt if you spend a couple of words to explain exactly what you think you understand. Especially since we aren't even sure what the original question was about.
Right now, this thread can't be used as help for others since it doesn't contain any clear question and any clear answer. This could be helped if you supplied a summary stating more clearly what you wanted to know, and what you (now) consider the correct answer to be for that question.
