Using an AT89S52 'standalone' (if I understand you correctly) probably doesn't have enough flash ROM capacity to hold the contiki os and twitter client functions etc. Just posting "Tweets" wouldn't need an OS at all. If you use some kind of off-chip device to do the TCP/IP, what's left for the 8051 could be quite small. You can also forget about GUI functionality when using an AT89S52 :-( Indeed! |
