If you come from the PC world, you expect to be able to write something like that, and just get the answer: Use the xxx toolbox, or download the application yyy.
They just don't realize that in reality, an embedded software project does need to take care of individual pins on the processor. There are huge number of details to think about, and no standard applications to just install and run. It's a very big process to switch from: I need to draw a process scheme, to: I need to implement an application that dances when ordered to. |
