A datalogger, generally speaking is a device that stores and regurgitates information as commanded. What you describe, however, is something that stores information from one port and provides access to that same information through another port.
The devil, they say, is in the details, and so long as you withhold details, you'll get very little useful help, as most readers will be mystified or, at least, confused. Be specific, please. Tell us what the MCU is to be, what its oscillator frequency will be, how you provide the various interfaces, and where you intend to save the data, and how much there will be, among other things.
