It all depends upon what you want in terms of specifications. An "isolation" transformer designed to simply provide galvanic isolation from primary to secondary may very well have the windings wound on top of each other. Separating the windings may be due to entirely different reasons such as wanting 10,437 volts standoff rating from primary to secondary.

As you can see, using just the simple words "isolation transformer" really says little about that you will likely really need to meet your requirements.
