I'm assuming you are not making a direct deliberate electrical connection to your ethernet pairs (violates ethernet standards), so can you provide info on what you are protecting against.
If you are running ethernet UTP CAT5 cables next to noisy mains conduits, then the twisting in the pairs and the transformers are reasonably effective. The next step of isolation is STP, and if that doesn't work try POF (plastic optical fibre). |
