#176908 - The "New Store" Button Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Mark Howard:
I thought before when I looked at your web site that the "New Store" button did not work. I tried it again and find that it did work this time. But I now see the real problem. The responsiveness of the store button page loading is pathetically slow. I had noticed the first time that most of the Zettlex web site was rather show and in that same session I guess I had just gave up on the store button. I do run my internet access on a fairly fast (20MBit rate) fiber optical interface to my ISP and my box is one of the latest fast Intel Core i7 CPUs so I do not believe the slow response is on my end. Michael Karas PS...You would do well to put links to products data sheets right up front. Having all the technology capabilities pages and the Applications page that bottom out into nothing was/is a big disappointment to me. I'm sure I would not be the only one to say this about the site. We live in a fast paced world and drive most web sites more by sight rather than reading everything. Everything should be cross linked so you can bop around at will. For example....the pictures on the applications page should link to standard products of that type. Hiding it at the bottom of the store page is a huge mistake. The approach that has been used is to basically hide the information that engineers need to drive toward design wins for your company. The way it is you have basically positioned it 180 degrees out of phase....ie buy it first and then we'll show you how it works....which of course will never in reality happen that way.
