SDCC, being free, is used in education. Imagine a classroom-ful of students, basically they are the prototype of newbies. How does the professor manage to kickstart them?

Here is how. (There's more interesting SDCC/'51-related material on that pages.)

One of the SDCC developers, and 8052.com member, Jesus Calvino-Fraga, is also a professor, and for his courses he developed a monitor in SDCC, CMON51.
