by which I mean board makers, are quite easy to deal with, very capable, and absolutely willing to do whatever it takes to meet your needs.
I'm accustomed to thick copper, very precise registration between all artifacts, including mask and silkscreen, very small vias with precise plating, and 100% success in electrical testing of the boards I receive. When I have boards assembled there, which is seldom, to be sure, they're all 100%, and pass testing here with astounding consistency, very reasonable delivery times, and, of course, the prices are low.
