By that, I meant any amplifier circuit using "the JFET device". ( Note that the datasheet says it is a "VHF/UHF amplifier").
When I said "Rd(on) will lower the amplifier gain", I was thinking of a circuit as shown on http://www.electronics-tutorials.ws/amplifier...amp_3.html. (I still don't see how the amplifier gain will not be affected with higher Rd(on). The slope of the load line will clearly change affecting the gain. Isnt it? Am I missing something here?) |
