Hi, i m familier with 8051 controller.
in past i have used p89c51rd2bn controller and at present it is obsolate device.so, i m using p89v51rd2bn. it is storing the data on above 2000h in block 0. i m not accessing write or read the data mode into address range 0000h to 1fffh using iap routine. that is nice, is there a question why are you double posting Erik |
