I've fill and search the form at digikey but they didn't understand(the quartz crystals available at digikey).
Employees at Digikey must be trained again. or maybe you must be trained again. I would understand your issue if the catalog had not been so emminently searchable that you could have found the part numbers in stock in 5 minutes or less. Most employees at Digikey, Mouser etc. only understand part numbers which is reasonable enough for "frontline persons". Otherwise the price of parts would go up OR small order people would be kicked out. I have severe doubt that a digikey competitor that employed very capable persons and marked up to cover the cost would last long. The service vs cost equation, these days, always come out in favor of cost. Erik |
