It's clear that they're suffering from the typical Korean culture.

They've quite provincial in their outlook, if you can even call it an outlook, and they don't seem to have totally competent people generating their English prose.

Further, I suspect that the communication between those who speak English and those who do the engineering is hampered by this as well, as it's not uncommon to have the same problem when communicating between engineering and non-technical departments in U.S. and European companies. It's sad reality in dealing with Pacific-rim cultures.

They're just not as dedicated to clear and precise communication as we, in historically English-speaking, European-influenced, nations are. We'll just have to "deal with it," I guess.
