We have to monitor the data in front of machine itself rather than watching on PC and operator interaction with machine through (matrix) keyboard 2: MONITORING PC: The current status of the machine should be monitor and control in pc through windows application 3: IO Here IO means Digital input and digital output Extended means: If I need more IO in the future means I should not change entire system instead the IO pins card should be attached like PC slot 4: Local memory for log That all operation status should be saved in the module it self then only we can retrieve the data when ever we need like valve opening time closing time . When machine started like that. 5: wireless data transfer between system (PC) and board. Communication between module and PC Is WIFI Data transfer rate is =~1kbs Range =~100m 6. Constraints .It should with stand factory operating temperature (~45’c) .No batch process continuous monitoring Scanning speed as much is fast(because each machine have one PLC based panels for that machine process) This is the main constraint |
