#168202 - Digitally switching RX input |
Hello.
I want to receive serial data in 8051 RX pin from an 6N138 and a SN75176. Not both at same time, each at a time, It could be possible to use a jumper and jobs done. But I was wondering, how could I switch the inputs digitally? the 8051 choosing from which CI the data will come. Both 6N138 and SN75176 outputs sharing the Serial RX of 8051. I believe it is possible, but dont have any clue on how to do this. |
