Dear Ketan,
1.) Are you sure your SPI routines are working correctly? (I mean they may be, but are you sure about it) Have you successfully interfaced any other IC using those routines? 2.) Are you doing exactly as per documentation of your IC 23k256? 3.) Also why are you restricting yourself to 89c52. Why dont you use a derivative that has SPI engine (like P89lpc93x) 4.)
