#164894 - Raisonance IDE in Vista crashes ALL the time |
Anyone else use the Raisonance IDE I have version 6.10.22
I am happy with the compiler, but the IDE is a dog, every time (almost) that I try and compile it will crash or lockup. I then start it up open the project and try again with no changes to the code at all. I can do this 5 times and then it will come write and successfully build. It only locks up when compiling. And simulating doesn't work at all. - I gave up on this a long time ago. The compiler works fine with the Silabs IDE, but I'm using a NXP LPC9xx device and I never figure out how to do it in the Silabs IDE. Ideally I would have a nice seperate IDE that simply used the compiler but I can't find anything that doesn't need a month to get it working. Then I could have line numbers, code collapsing, tooltips, autocompletion and all the other lovely features that the IDEs come with nowadays, not just a syntax colouring text editor that Raisonance give you.
