#162424 - 89s8253 internal eeprom |
hello evry1,
i was using AT89s8252 ic in which an inbuilt eeprom is there. But now when i have changed the chip to AT89s8253 the code written for 89s8252 is not working wherein the only difference between the chip is of code memory. AT89s8252 is having code memory of 8k whereas 89s8253 is having of 12k. Can anyone help me in this... regards, mithilesh. |
