#160003 - Midi trouble with Keyboard! |
Hello there!
I'm making a project that receives midi data, actually is not very complex, its very simple... I just want to receive note on and note off commands, there is no problem with this, I can receive both normally when connected to my computer, but, when I connect directly to my piano keyboard it becomes strange... it takes some time to receive the commands, and loses many, like a delay or some like that... I keep pressing keys and no reaction from project, if wait some seconds then try again it receives! I have a 6n138 optocoupler in the circuit, works normally whe connected to computer, works normally when I use computer as midi thru using the same keyboard, computer receives from keyboard and send to project... but when connected directly to the keyboard it does this, I dont know what more to do... The keyboard is an Yamaha-300. Thanks! |
