i had this problem, the circuit im working is very noisy...(is a RF application)
When does RI(receive interrupt)of a 8051 be activated? When all the stop bit is receive? or when a START bit is receive? And if it will be activated by a start bit, then a receive interrupt would still be service even in a wrong baudrate setting? does it mean that the SBUF will contain 00h?? mov a,Sbuf----a=0? next is...because the RF is noisy, and my serial interrupt is enable, almost all of the time would be on interrupt, could it will cause hardware problem? like MCU would not be functioning as it should?(considering i dont have some watchdog) Hope my question are clear.. thanks I couldnt get you? . What specific problem with the circuit you are encountring? , what are you designing an interface with a module or entire RF transceiver? -Ap |
