Is the module requiring any handshake signals before sending back?
Have you verified that you are really sending something out? Have you verified if the modem does send something back? Does the modem supports auto-bauding, or have you made sure that you send with a supported baudrate? What have you done to try to determine why no prompt is received? Please describe step-by-step what you have tested, what you expected and what the real outcome was. |
