#157259 - Snubber circuit design
I am working on a three phase inverter using IGBTs (PWM controlled from 8051). But these IGBTs began to blow up. Problem being not having snubbers across.

I am looking for is some mathematical relationships between snubber components for the optimal design.I am wondering if there is any snubber expert in here who could help me out.

The inverter is across 300Vdc. Load phase currents are 30A max. And noted jitters on phase voltages (output) were max 30Vpk-pk.

Thanks
