I am building ISP Programmer for Atmel 89xx micro controllers.

i bought five pcs of 74vhc244. But I received them in Micro Package and so I am Unable to test them on bread board. Will this ciruit works if I give them for manufacturing? or is there any other way of testing the circuit? Please tell me.

I have also tried the ciruit, shown in the thread, http://www.8052.com/forum/read.phtml?id=33330
software : ponyprog.
but the software supports only AT89s53.

Currently I am trying the circuit shown in,

with software: 89SISP.
