I went to the Hitex on-line shop to order the above (which seemed quite reasonable at £12.50). When I went to checkout it told me that shipping charges to the UK (bearing in mind that I live about 30 miles from Hitex) were £10.
I checked the shipping charges to Australia (just out of interest) and they were £7.50. Bizarre. I think I'll phone Hitex tomorrow. |
