#152860 - Ship 'em! Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Signetics did make a 2512D which was, IIRC a shift register. When I first saw this "datasheet" probably on about 4/1/77 or so, I was working on a video memory made of those (1kb) shift registers in TO-5 size "cans."
I did not think it was so funny, as I had been observing write-only behavior of my buffer memory. It was a very propitious time for someone to send me that sheet in the company mail. 2512D isn't that easy to tell from 25120. I was briefly taken in. I admit it! RE |
