#150072 - Phishing and Yahoo! is helpless |
This second time my yahoo password didnot match :(( ,even though I use " Keep me signed in for 2 weeks unless I sign out " .I managed to reset account using security questions.
I found a link here: http://www.silicon.com/research/...006,00.htm which says Yahoo! itself is mother host of all Phishers. PLEASE DONT PRESS THE LINK suggested in the text box that the below URL shows http://ha.ckers.org/blog/2006...ing-email/ This seems to be a phishing person ,who want to tempt people press the link which he says he got in his email (Suspisious). Anyone knows how this phishing scam works ? . Is there any possiblity the phishing attack could be launched by downloading a pdf reader upgrade (which I suspect happened on its own with me yesterday) . AP |
