As an analogue engineer, I've mostly designed high speed systems with a chain of amplifiers and flash or SAR ADCs. I've never done a demanding DC measurement system, but I know that maintaining sub-microvolt offset drift isn't trivial. Knowing Analog Devices capabilities, what they've achieved isn't too surprising.
