RESCHEDULING, CANCELLATION AND RESTOCKING
Customer may submit a written request to Tektronix to reschedule or
cancel an order. All requests are subject to acceptance by Tektronix.
Any request accepted by Tektronix to reschedule or cancel any shipment,
which request is received less than 45 days before the scheduled
shipping date, may be accepted subject to payment of the applicable fees
listed below:
Rescheduling/Cancellation Fee: Tektronix reserves the right to assess a
rescheduling or cancellation fee in the amount of 5% of the net order
value of the item affected for requests received within 45 days of a
scheduled shipping date. All requests to reschedule a shipment cannot
exceed 6 months from the original purchase order date.
Restocking Fee: Customer may return a product within 30 days of receipt
of product shipment, subject to Tektronix' acceptance. The box must be
unopened. Product returns will be subject to payment of a restocking
fee of 15% of the net order value of the item, provided Customer follows
Tektronix' instructions for the return. Returns of replacement parts
are subject to $100 restocking charge per order.
