#144022 - No

Huh, I had to browse. You mean the dip pen maker, and one of their models? Do they have also a "460"? I doubt.

Btw., it is compulsory for the pupils in the first few years to use an ink pen (but not a dip pen) for writing. Exception are the left handed, which are allowed to use a ball point pen. And, some 30 years ago, exception was the little Jan Waclawek, whose pen never lasted longer than five minutes. I could not simply manage less pressure.

Later, around the 4th grade, all the others were allowed the ball pens, too. They after all make significantly less mess, when thrown across the classroom... :-) Somewhere around there I, with the intention of standing out somehow, decided to manage the ink pen. I succeeded and used one since then, until the end of my university studies, then I gave it up when once my then girlfriend commented about my inky fingers...

But, back to the quiz. No, the "511" is not a pen, nor pencil nor brush.
