#143439 - How mobile phones send SMS more than 160 char Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Actually my point was that I have a Nokia cell phone, and I can send SMS of about 700 to 800 characters. Infact I am from Pakistan and I've seen all the cell-phones giving the same facility even they are from Samsung, Siemens, Motrolla or else. How do they send those SMS. They use some concatanation technique, what is that. Do they append some tags at the end of each SMS. If you can help me in this matter, I'll be really thankful.
I know this is an off-topic, but I know this as a best forum in my knowledge. Thats why writing my queries here. ;-) |
