If not, I suggest you take the train. Schiphol has a train station and the hotel is opposite the train station in Tilburg. But be sure to buy the ticket before you get onto the train.
If you arrive at Schiphol after 19:00 on friday and leave on sunday, buy a "Weekend Return" (€28.30) instead of two Single tickets (2x €16.40). If you travel by two or three, buy a "Summertour" (€59 or €79) which allows you two days of free travel together so you could visit some other city on the day of arrival or departure.
