I have an Archimedes compiler for the 68HC11. I believe I also still have the documentation for the 8051 compiler at home- I will check tonight. However the 68HC11 compiler has the -a option that seems to match your format, so maybe it will help now. Thanks, Aubrey! The info in your post looks very promising. For what it's worth, I played around with this for a while last night and found that the -a option alone (without any of the modifiers) seems to disable all overlaying. It would have been very difficult to deduce the function of the modifiers by experimenting. I will eagerly look forward to anything you can find specifically for the 8051. It would also be interesting to see the READ.ME file that you mentioned if you happen to find it floating around somewhere. Thanks again, -- Russ |
