Is there anything like debounced (or not-bouncing) button around?

I know I can easily make my own for a particular purpose (e.g. cleanly grounding a '51 input), but what if I want to have it around, for case I need to have a clean transition, and I don't want to think about polarity etc., i.e. to use it as if I would use a normal "mechanical" pushbutton?

Any ideas?
