Hi Tomas,
There are no standard designations, not in the sense of an IPC document. There are only the customary designations you are no doubt already familiar with. As far as I can tell, the only thing the IPC standards require is that the designators be consistent throughout the documentation, matching up with items on the parts list (e.g. IPC-D-325A; section 8.1.1).
