www.jedit.org I can't say it has syntax highlighting for the '51, but it's a very impressive programmer's editor, and it runs everywhere. I use it on Mac OS X, Solaris SPARC and x86, and Linux. It should run just fine on Windows, though you may need to grab a proper JRE. I mentioned it to a couple of the kernel guys here almost in passing, and they've been raving about it for weeks. They were paying for Visual SlickEdit. I use it for Perl coding, and for the FTP plugin that allows me to edit files on remote machines. You could create a '51 ASM specific plugin, if you had the time. |
