a VP stated that one of our products had a name he did not really like, but since a name had to be decided in a hurry, that was the name the product got. I happened to mention that, in hindsight, a very good name would be something else. The reply was "yes, that would be a much better name, but we have a reputation for the quality of this product which I do not want to lose with a a namechange"
Are they all making sh.. or do they have another reason for trying to make us forget what they used to do? Erik Yes, there is no 'proof' in the above since I do not mention the name and Richard, if you ask for it you will NOT get an answer. The point is very clear no mentioning of actual name required! |
