unfortunedly that's using AVR risc. I'm looking with AT89S52/S51 That is completely irrelevant to the GSM mobile! The commands you need to send, and the responses you will receive depend on the GSM mobile alone - they do not change if you use an AVR, an 8051, a PC, or anything else! So, just look at the commands & responses described in the article - and implement those on your 8051! It is extremely unlikely that any code you receive for free will do precisely what you want - you are going to have to do some work on it anyhow. As has already been mentioned, all the GSM documents are available for free download: http://www.8052.com/forum/read.phtml?id=122023 (The link is also given under 'Links') The ones you require are: 07.07 - AT command set for GSM Mobile Equipment 07.05 - Short Message Service (SMS) and Cell Broadcast Service (CBS) The trouble with using a Phone, rather than a proper GSM module or "modem": http://www.8052.com/forum/read.phtml?id=122182 more: http://www.8052.com/forum/read.phtml?id=122255 |
