Hi,
Iam trying to find how far i could go with 8254 design.
I use Verilog HDL.
i have started with the 16 bit counter first.
Going through the block diagram of the counter, iam finding difficulty in understanding the control logic block of the counter.
i couldnt get a grasp of how it could be designed.
So could i get some assistance in understanding the logic and let me know how to implement it in my code.
