Hey Steve, maybe you could add some more rating categories, such as
"Do my work for me", or "I'm too lazy to breathe on my own".

On a sorta related note, you might get a chuckle out of some of the "jobs" available at guru.com. F'rinstance: recently one was posted for work that I would guess a programmer experienced in that particular area might be able to do in 10 or 12 hours. If he was really good. The "employer" was offering $50 US. Tops. Burger flippers make more than that.

That's why I got out of consulting. Too many clients expected to pay $100-$200 for a few weeks work. A few paid more than the work was worth (fixed price contract), and one even gave me an extra bonus because he was quite happy with the final product. But those are far too few to make up for the cheapskates.
