How difficult would it be, to disallow a post until that same title had been searched and at least 10% of the results been opened by the person wishing to post?

If that were a requirement, it would be a small burden for those of us who don't use titles like "please help" or the like, but it would probably reduce the number of such posts we have to sift through, and I believe it would reduce the number of redundant posts as well.

If one had to think a little before posting, it would help in separating the wheat from the chaff, wouldn't it?
